Affiliated with the four-star Cannes Palace hotel, Les Dunes beach-restaurant is on the eastern end of La Croisette. The meat dishes are livened up with exotic spices such as curry, lemon grass and chile while the fish dishes are prepared in a more Mediterranean style.

Review
On a scorching summer day Les Dunes was a cool, relaxing choice. The service was casual but very friendly. The seafood pasta was light but filling with a creamy sauce and the freshly-made linguini was a delight. My companion had a grilled salmon Mediterranean-style with a delicious creamy polenta. A little more control over the kids at the next table would have been good but let's just say the restaurant was family-friendly.
